Mission's name is "The Secret of Adma Stronghold". When I talk to the NPC "Sahnu" she should give me the next task to kill some mobs but after talking to her, the mission wont progress to the next objective, therefore I cannot finish the mission.

If you get this quest (The secret of adma stronghold) as you say "bugged", you have to finish the previous missions: The Secret Passage and Light up the Lighthouse and the bug will be over. Therefore it is not even a bug, but unfinished requirements for the quest.
