I got 4 (FOUR)  phys Trillirunek's wings from 200+ event boxes.

But I need magic wings.

Can you exchange them for 1 Magic Wings, please?

I have never come across this kind of misfortune on any server I've played!

While you're at it, asking for a friend; A gladiator opened several Dragon Lord boxes but didn't get his extendable polearm. Could you arrange a polearm for him prettty please?

Come on, RNG is part of the game. 

Pole is 20% chance. Wings are 50% chance. 

 

Getting the wrong ones in a row 4 times is around 3% chance.
