Which payment system from this list are you trying to use? Have you tried any other options?

I have the same problem with the Paypalych payment system "Debit card, tried clearing history and cookies. I get to the confirm page of my bank, i confirm and then error". 

 I also tried LAVA and ENOT but I get the error here too.

I checked with the Administration. At the moment, there should not be any problems with deposit through these payment systems. If you still can't make a deposit, specify the country from which you are trying to make a payment to transfer additional information to the Administration. 

Also, please tell me if you've considered the possibility of depositing via cryptocurrencies?
