Can't find my e-mail

Hello !  i'm trying to connect on my account but i forgot the password and i can't find what mail is associated with. Is it possible to know what mail is assciated with my account name ? 
My account name(pseudo) is Reykin.

Please, provide the following info to our email support@euroaion.com:

-list of all characters on the account with their names, classes and levels;
-donation bills if there were any;
-screenshots of level 65 and under;
-username;
- possible email linked to the account;
- creation date of the account. 

Describe your problem in a letter so that the Administrator can understand how to help you.
