Taloc's drop

Hi everyone!
Not a big deal, but I noticed that Celestius, final boss in Taloc's Hollow, doesn't drop that Komad souvenir. After a month of Taloc runs never dropped once (even with drop boosts), it's been years since my runs on official so maybe I forgot something but I'm pretty shure it should. Just I'd like to have it for my collection again.

Why not just buy it from npc? In the link shows it sold by npc

Have you made runs with the proper character? It won't drop for level 65 because of level difference.

I suppose it's just a npc for dev test, judging by description: "Housing Merit Furniture Test Merchant"

Yes, lvl 51-57 to stay below drop cap
