im new in this game , 2 days ago I downloaded the client and since yesterday I have not been able to pass the creation of the character, each time I suffer a dicconection (server unavailable),

I am confused, there is always a problem with DDOS ? or there is something else ?, because I saw on the forum that there is activity in game, any information or help pls
