hello Zeilik just saw the video, since the game loads that hard on the login page after the NCsoft logo mostly might be a problem with the internet and those days we are getting ddos attack so that might be a hard cause of the troubleshoot, may I ask you what internet connection do you have? can you do a net speed test? thanks!

Server is under DDOS attacks so this might be a cause for the problem.

guys the server has the 4.6 retail patch... there was no such "commands" on official neither can change stigmas on the fly. also what do you wanna say by "clears exp to the shop"?

it does notify you, if you look closely it says what day and time expires. Also in the title it says if it is for 7 days, 14 days etc.

Hello nikpav, unfortunately I do not think there is a way to get it back since it has an expiration date, it will be unfair for other players, I also had 2 mounts with expiration date one from when I was leveling up and one from event. Most of the people I think have been through that and we had to deal with it since they have expiration date.

yeah but the guy you send it too must remove the item so it will not get "free" Ecoins because that way anyone can send to alt's for example items for Ecoins and then Request them back

that's quiet difficult since the other guy got 400Ecoins for free, we cannot share left and right Ecoins that will be unfair. People that make a miss buy with Ecoins they can get their Ecoins back but they must prove that they deleted that Item so they dont get an extra amount of Ecoins for free and in this case that's something hard to happen if the other guy is not cooperative, next time you must be more careful who you sending too.

If I'm not wrong you can buy this stigma from specials NPC's that sell the AP Stigmas cause this is the Gold one (Greater stigma) so it can only be purchased with Abyss Points.

Hey, try going into mouse settings on pointer options and disable Enhance pointer precision also on Euro Aion properties compatibility and disable everything if the problem persist try playing around wit the compatibility mode, also you must restart the game every time you make a change to make sure they are all aplied corectly, waiting for your update about how it goes. thanks

Screenshot must contain character nickname, ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) and server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). The chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]". IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT! For the refund we will also need your account name. + link to the item in our game shop

I agree with you but I just wanna make a correction that augment 2 even tho u lose the star officer you can still do it not by NPC but EB or buying it from broker. Also I wanna add that a lot of player made their way to star 2 got their gear and now they play at rank 1 with full gear and +5 acc there for rank really doesn't mean too much it does just for those who wanna get the Xform but to other the only thing they want is the oportunity to reach that star 2 and get that PvP gear so they can finally have fun doing PvP without getting destroyed in 2-3 skills by a rank 1 fully geared! And last but not least, as I said before we do think about a reset but also I said what's gonna be the problem/s so we are still working on that.

we cannot ban anyone just for changing a mail - pass or ip, I moved some months ago to another city and in this time I had some troubles with the passwords on my social therefor changed the mail of the game for reasons like having a mail complete for aion so my main one ill have it for bussiness and also changed password and ip since i moved to another city.. so what should happened? should I get banned for that? you guys find it easy saying "oh but if someone change mail - pass and ip for sure he bought acc there for ban him" without even thinking that might be even a 5% possibility that this person just wanted to make some changes in hes life so what about that? we will end up banning inocent people without proofs that either they'll stop playing after that either they will blame us with all the right. You guys should stop thinking more about pros and cons not only the action without thinking about what could happen next. Therefor if we do not have enough proof of somebody that did something like this we cannot ban randomly!

Hello Mattiaclk Have you tried more than once? the reason I'm asking is because we have the well known issue this times with the DDOS attacks so this might be a reason causing the problem of disconnection.

We are listening to everybodys opinion, that's my job, that's our job as forum moderators/support, we do take them into consideration and we are trying to keep all the players happy as I mentioned before. The PvP buff is something that was implemented from the Official, it is in the Games Files and it was in the Aion for years and years, everybody knows that and we must deal with it. Asmos takes always over because elyos aren't trying for it, they are going just for the kills and Leave, they need Leaders that can guide the rest of the people to a Victory that's how a siege is normaly done, that's how they dealt with it in Official for years and the Balance was always changing. As about asmo creation yeah I do agree that it needs to be turned of but that's our last option as it was when we did it on asmo Side, we are following the same steps as before. Server DDOS can't be just "fixed" by pressing a button, it is more complicated and we are working and dealing with it 24/7 weve blocked a lot of IP's that tried to DDOS the server and we keep going along side with the Anti-ddos. GP reset was discussed a lot and we all know that, some people complain about that ranks are too high some others complain about the effort they put into reaching those ranks so that's a sensible topic but we still trying to find a solution, we do not want the GP to reach 1million also we do not want to have resseting every time they reach a sertain amount of GP but also if we implement GP reset let's say every 6 months or 1 year people will know and will exploit the Arena's especially Glory Arena, also close to the end of the "Season" people will maybe stop doing siege because some already have the AP gear and will stop carying about the GP if it is about to reset therefor begginers will have some weeks that they might not be able to farm those Ceranium medals that they'll need for the AP gear so as you can see we do have some solutions but they also create some problems, that's why it is a sensible topic and we do discuss it a lot and we try to find a solution. Overall keep in mind that we do listen to everyones opinion and we are always talking about those kind of problems trying to find solutions and fix them!
