Currently most of our xforms (on elyos side) are going in SWB during siege time (this is an actual trend) taking the xform ability with them, because they are afraid of PVP. This breaks the game design, because xforms are a tool to turn around sieges, and if most of them are in instances fighting mobs, rest of the players can't really do anything. It would repair the situation if glory points would be removed from SWB and Kata, because it would incentivize the top 100 to fight in sieges in order to keep their ranks.

It's part of the Aion experience. Jokes aside whispers are not moderated, it's in the rules, so I guess block is your option.

Most of the xforms have are good geared and have good connections so they make a lot more GP from JMR, Kamar and IWW and arena than the "pug" that usually present from end to finish on siege, and SWB and Kata comes on top of this. So the upper percentage of these players just hop in sieges, do the absolute minimum (except for the 10% of the top 100), and go SWB. Look, if you don't believe me feel free to check how many elyos xforms compared to asmodians on sieges, the numbers don't lie. Taking away PVE GP is a way to balance possibilities between the elite, and new / non-p2w / average players. You already sold yours buddy for 1 kinah, 500% over its value.

Seems like the new Active Anti-Cheat is released, so EuroAion will receive the update soon probably.

For chanter stuns you need magical accuracy, for knockdowns you don't.

Active Anti cheat last update September 27, 2024. So until the dev fixes the Anti Cheat for EuroAion, you will have to use the 32 bit client. And that guy is taking his time for sure.

I propose a change in AFK time from the current ~1 hour to 3-4 hour at least. Reason: Many people have alt accounts and playing simultaneously with two clients and constantly relogging is a bit annoying. Internet usage habits changed since 2014 and people multitask a lot, leave the game in background and chat / watch videos, etc, not focusing the game constantly. The online player number count would look better.

Was something modified with the enchantment rates? I failed three times the +15 enchant on my eternal 65 with L119 + greater supplements. That should be 95% chance, it is very unlikely to fail it three times.

Sometimes I get in sooner into the DG than my friends who applied way sooner. Seems the system is prioritizing certain classes in need while putting the ones on waitlist which has too much applicants.

So I found a rather odd situation in the middle zone of Inggision, where the big Aether farm field is lying. I went there three times since I returned. About 4 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago and today. Every time I go there out of nowhere an Asmodian bard and ranger appears and kills me maybe 2-5 minutes after I arrive. 1 time would be a coincidence, 2 time is suspicious, 3 time is systematic, especially that we are talking about big time differences between the encounters. So they either: 1. Have an elyos spotter account there (very likely) 2. Have a hack that allows to see player coordinates (less likely) 3. They walk Inggission from morning to midnight all day (very unlikely) So I go with the idea that an Elyos is farming magical aether there, and once he spots someone at that place he calls his asmo friends immediately. Is this a legitimate move?

Hey! A suggestion to think about: Making the Divine sieges relevant again. The defending mobs could be made a lot stronger, including the dux as well, with a siege reward which is better than the upper forts, because divine fortress can be sieged one time a week. It would do good to player activity and the PVP on the server. This could be done in terms of an event too, just an idea.

Hello! Why not the Brazen Aegis chain set? It gives you about 110 more magic suppression, and 10 magic boost is about 1% damage, slightly varies by classes. So Brazen Aegis gives you 11% damage reduction, if I remove the PVP def% which the ancient coin set gives then still 5.6% better.

If I send more than the entered amount, will I get ECoin equal to the extra amount I send, or the money is lost?

I'm recently started to study the server files of 4.6 because I started my Aion game preservation home-only "museum" project. Guys, setting up a server like EuroAion is a tremendous amount of work, and requires a huge skillset. It is not plug and play, and not easy. I respect the admins and everyone who works on EuroAion, it is in a very good state and requires an insane amount of work to reach this.

Somehow he did, from the last visit time he played from 2020 until 2023 so I guess he managed to get stigma shards.

Out of curiosity, for an average player why is this even a problem? I mean, for me it doesn't matter who is sitting behind that account, if it is an enemy, it is an enemy, we fight just like that.

Hello! Thanks for coming back on this issue. Aion is indeed an old game, but the solution for fixing this is provided in the thread. The real problem is the misconfigured launcher and Easy Anti-cheat that does not accept the fix. If the problem is money related, for example Easy Anti-cheat requires a fee to fulfill the requests / modifications for EuroAion I would say some people would happily donate to help you in this. As a workaround for the others who stuck with 1080p: Try setting supersampling in your GPU driver, it helps quite a bit. But make sure you understand what is supersampling first.

Was this ever solved? I read through topics but it was ignored most of the part. Soon most of the gamers will switch to 1440p at least, and seems like only .dll-s or parameters need to be replaced.

So we were fooling around and I met someone who shouldn't be there. And he was levitating upwards. The kid is usually walking around with these two.

I'd like to propose more tournaments for the server. I had a discussion with my veteran friends why they flew away for the "concurrency", and one of the main reason was this. It could be a weekly event. I know easier said than done, but take this as a constructive feedback.
