    Insults and undesired messages in the whisper chat are not moderated (use "block" to stop messages from specific users). 
    It is prohibited to pursue and harass the users by creating multiple characters/accounts only to avoid block.

    Punishment:  from temporary to permanent ban of all player’s accounts / full or partial removal of ecoins from the account / stopping of cooperation (for streams).

    Здравствуйте,
    Возвраты и обмены возможны, если предмет был куплен не более чем за 24ч до Вашего обращения.
    Необходимо УДАЛИТЬ предмет и отправить нам скриншот, где будет видно:
    -имя вашего персонажа (должен быть четко виден САМ персонаж и его имя), 
    -таблицу рейтинга бездны, начиная с военачальника (имена игроков, не личный рейтинг. Открывается через меню влиятельности), 
    -дату и время на сервере (навести курсор на луну/солнце рядом с навигатором)
    -системный чат, где будет написано, что вы УДАЛИЛИ ошибочно купленный предмет. 

    Все должно быть отображено на ОДНОМ скриншоте. Его не нужно обрезать или делить на этапы.

    Также вам необходимо будет написать имя персонажа для отправки предмета/монет + Ссылку на предмет в нашем игровом магазине

    Frosterinerk has been waiting for this exactly day the whole year.
    She liked winter and was sincerely happy to see the first snowfall.
    Most of all, however, she liked to share this winter happyness.
    She has prepared magic snowflakes which will bring presents to those Daevas, who enchant them.
    Frosterinek went outside and started waiting.
    She knew that Daevas will definetely come to her.


    Celebrating snowy days and Christmas from 12.12.23 to 26.12.23 ( inclusive )
    In this event snow will reach everyone of level 30+.

     

    On the main squares of the capital cities Daevas will meet:

    • Wintrinerk who will ask you to gather 10 pcs. of  [Event] Opportunity Crystal
    • Frosterinerk with a daily quest on 8 Snowflakes;
    • A Snowman with a daily reward of a Lucky Frosterinerk Bundle

    Quests are daily, uptade at 9 am (server time)

    From the Lucky Frosterinerk Bundle you can get one of the following rewards:

     

    • XP Boost Charm - 50%
    • Gathering Boost Charm - 200%
    • Crafting Boost Charm - 200%
    • AP Boost Charm - 30%
    • [Event] Frosterinerk's Amulet
    • Dye Bundle (tradeable)
    • Frosterinerk's Special Amulet - 20%

      Items are not tradable. The effect is applied both to the character and all group members  (lasts 30 min.; next use - 30min.)
      All the items of this group are stored for only 10 hours.

     

    The target of the event is to enchant the Snowflake by double clicking from +1 to +10

    ATTENTION!
    The snowflakes can only be transfered within the account.
    Exchange and trade for them is not available.

    After 2 weeks from the event all the event items (snowflakes, prisms, crystals etc.) will melt down and disappear from your inventories (09.01.2024)! :o
    Hurry up to open them all!



    After opening Snowflake +10, you will  receive two fragments:
    [Event] Snow Crystal and [Event] Aurora Fragment, combining them you will get  [Event] Prism (the item can be traded)

    *Budles are not tradeable, however their content is.


    [Event] Snow Crystal can be also obtained from enchanting a snowflake (will a small chance).

    If you wasn't successful in enchanting the Snowflake +1 to +10 you will receive [Event] Opportunity Crystal
    10 pcs. of [Event] Opportunity Crystal can be exchanged to 1 Snowflake +1 at Wintrinerk. Opportunity Crystals are untradeable.

    Она очень любила зиму и искренне радовалась первому снегу.
    Но больше всего Снегринрин любила делиться радостью от прихода зимы. 
    Она приготовила волшебные снежинки усилив которые, даэвы смогут получить подарки.
    Снегринрин вышла на улицу и стала ждать.
    Она знала — сегодня они обязательно придут.


    Празднуем первый снег с 12.12.23 г. по 26.12.23 г. (включительно)
    Ивент заметёт снегом всех персонажей     от 30 уровня.

     

    В столицах на центральных площадях даэвов ждут:

    • Снегрунг с квестом на сбор 10 шт [Ивент] Кристалл шанса;
    • Снегринрин с ежедневным квестом на 8 снежинок;
    • Снеговик с ежедневной наградой [Ивент] Шкатулка в форме снежинки.

    Квесты ежедневные, обновляются в 10:00 (мск).

    Открыв [Ивент] Шкатулка в форме снежинки, можно получить одну из следующих наград:

    • Амулет Снегринрин (50%) - повышение XP (50%)
    • Свиток очков сбора (200%)
    • Свиток очков ремесел (200%)
    • Амулет очков Бездны (30%)
    • Льготы Снегринрин
    • Мешочек с краской (перед.).
    • Особый амулет Снегринрин (20%) (повышает шанс дропа на 20%)

      Предметы не передаются. Эффект накладывается на персонажа и на всех членов группы (длится 30 мин., откат - 30 мин.).
      Все предметы этой группы хранятся 10 часов.

     

    Задача ивента - двойным кликом заточить снежинку с +1 до +10

    Раскрыв Снежинка +10, вы получите две составные части:
    [Ивент] Снежный кристалл и [Ивент] Осколок зари, соединив которые можно получить [Ивент] Призма (предмет передается)

    [Ивент] Снежный кристалл также можно получить в процессе усиления снежинки (с небольшим шансом).

    Если заточить     Снежинка +1 на +10 не получилось, то в квестовый куб попадает [Ивент] Кристалл шанса. 
    10 шт     [Ивент] Кристалл шанса можно обменять у Снегрунга на 1 шт Снежинка +1.
    Кристалл шанса не передается.

    НПС Снегрунг будет доступен для обмена кристаллов шанса до 09.01.2024 г и пропадет вместе с квестовыми предметами.


    Также при неудачной заточке можно с некоторым шансом получить следующие предметы
    (в зависимости от уровня улучшения):


    Мешок шанса:
    • Древняя монета  1 шт
    • Древняя монета  3 шт
    • [Ивент] Кристалл шанса (100%) 


    Плохой мешок шанса:

    Снежинки, осколки зари или снежный кристалл можно получить во временных зонах при убийстве боссов (шанс выпадения рандомный).

    Здравствуйте,

    Необходимо снять старый внешний вид с предмета. Для этого нужно купить специальный предмет у НПС-торговца рядом с изменением внешнего вида и применить его на нужный предмет (через смену внешнего вида).
    Далее можно будет установить новую внешность.

    For this follow the instructions: 
    Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain
    - character nickname, 
    - ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) 
    - server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). 
    - chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]".  (system chat)
    IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!
