Что-то продолжает мешать игре. Либо посторонние программы, либо поломанные при скачивании файлы. Кроме того, сендлоги не ограничиваются самим клиентом и софтом. Они могут быть вызваны и настройками ПК и его сборкой.

Здравствуйте, Пришлось немного подождать ответа. Причин невозможности подключения могло быть несколько: блок от анти-ддос системы, бан от нас или проблема с подключением из Вашей локации. Судя по тому, что помогли обновления, скорее была блокировка от анти-ддос системы. По работе пингзаппера ничего не скажем, мы не поддерживаем сторонние программы. Решить проблемы с ними может только их разработчик.

Здравствуйте, Не нужно проверять игру лаунчером. После проверки игры торрентом просто жмете "играть". Все запросы об обновлении просто пропускаете и нажимаете "играть".

По скриншоту самая первая и явная проблема в самом начале пути, то есть в роутере игрока. И игроку нужно разбираться с сетью у себя. Ответ игроку был дан в дискорде. Если Вы испытываете проблемы с пингом, ждем от Вас результаты проверки.

Seems like we are getting out of any suggestions here. Usually such issue happens, if there's something either blocking the game, or the anti-cheat is behaving strangely because of some other 3rd part programs running along with the game. This may also happen if you access the game from another PC (using remote access or similar)

Здравствуйте. Действительно, такой баг существует. Судя по чату, персонаж был совсем недавно убит Вами, а затем Вы использовали инвиз. Таким образом, страж воскрес с тем таргетом, который был изначально. На самом деле (то есть со стороны противника) таргет был пуст (Вас не было видно).

For this you will need a torrent client. You will need to upload our torrent file, choose the location with the installed game, remove the mark "create a new folder" and run the checking.

There's still something blocking your game client. Usually it is overlays. Make sure that OVERWOLF from teamspeak is not installed on your PC. This overlay causes issues even when it's closed.

Hello, After you checked the game with the torrent, you need to reject all the update requests in launcher. Only accepting the update causes this issue. You just need to press on PLAY and that's it.

The point is in using torrent client. You need to get some torrent client and update the game with it using our torrent file (in the download menu on the website). After this you need to ignore all the requests for updates in the launcher.

Also try starting 32bit version of the game and moving the game to another folder (out of program files (x86)). Currently you're trying to start 64bit application from 32bit folder.
