Pay attention to the installation of DirectX! In order to fix the game client, add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs, including windows defender and firewall. Then check the game with the launcher. Make sure you didn't install any modifications to the game and downloaded the game client from us (without updating the other client). We cannot guarantee that these points will surely help you. Sendlogs can be also caused by many other issues: from hardware in your pc to software installed and running together with the pc.

For a successful start of the game on the server you will need the client of the version 4.6. We strongly recommend downloading the client from scratch! The most preferred and fastest way to download the client from scratch is Torrent. Download the torrent file. Double-click to open it. (If you try to open it and nothing happens, then you do not have a torrent client installed. Download and install Utorrent.) In the opened window select the folder to install the game and click "OK". Once the download is complete, open the game folder. The archive " StartGame.zip" will be stored in this folder. The archive contains the launcher to start the game. Alternative download option is our Launcher. Download our launcher. Run it and select a folder to download the game, or a folder with your existing client of the version 4.6. Click the Install/Check button and wait for the game to be checked/installed. In the launcher Settings you can select the language in which the game client will work and the operating system bit set (64bit recommended) - this item will not be available if your PC does not support 64bit. Start the game using "Play" button. Probably there's something in your system or hardware that causes this issue. Sendlogs can be easily caused by the slow PCs or some programs interferring with the game client. The most usual case is the incorrectly installed directx or broken game client.

Hello, We ensure you that there are no trojans. As it is not an official game server, some software can be considered by SOME antiviruses as viruses, but it is not. So it is false alert. You can try some online services that will check the file on many antiviruses, and you will see that juse a couple of the will mark the file with the virus. We suggest you adding the game to the white list of your antivirus and firewall, including windows defender, because they may cause issues with starting the game.

Unfortunately, we cannot know what you have installed on your computer, so you will have to think about it and find it yourself. Also add the game to the whitelist of all your antimalware programs, including firewalls and windows defender. If you have an opportunity, try using another mouse with the game and see if it works better. If it does, then the problem is in the mouse. Maybe it has some additional software? There can indeed be also problems with your Nvidia drivers, in this case you can either downgrade them as mentioned above or disable Nvidia display container LS service.
