For now we are not sure what has caused the issues, most probably it is on the side of the data center. Hopefully it will be fixed as soon as possible. Updated information on the servers: All the servers in SBG3 (our sector) are safe, and the works on their recovery are already in progress, however still no information about any approximate time for the recovery. I am sorry, but the screenshot doesn't provide enough info. There's a normal exp boost icon, that you always have (yellow one). On the screenshot we can't see if you have an active exp boost, if you used an amulet and so on.

Конечно, не только айон. Там и другие компании, проекты. Вон весь мультиплеер РАСТ сгорел без возможности восстановления. Заблокировали страницы всех приватных серверов. Возможно от кого-то поступила жалоба.

Всегда будут злорадствовать. Это законы конкуренции и рынка. Конечно, некоторые наши конкуренты ведут себя не самым красивым образом, но это не значит, что мы будет убиваться из-за этого и поднимать тревогу. От этого ничего не изменится, только нервная система. Ждем и надеемся, что работники дата центра вскоре восстановят работу серверов.

Извиняюсь, но мы не можем приехать во Францию и начать подгонять там работников. Мы не сидим на стульчиках ровно и не наслаждаемся видами грустных сообщений от игроков, сложа руки. Уже было указано, что мы стараемся сделать все, чтобы была возможность запустить сервер раньше сроков: уже арендован сервер, и мы готовы забрать наши данные как только это будет возможно. Все зависит только от того, как быстро команда дата центра сможет восстановить доступ к оборудованию. Сейчас там даже свет не включишь.

Мы не можем сказать, когда точно у нас будет доступ к нашим данным. Написано лишь, что планируется на стороне ДЦ.

Обновленная информация: В соответсвии с сообщением от OVH, примерные даты восстановления работы серверов снова были изменены. Планируется восстановить работу питания и сети к 17 марта, а сервера будут запущены примерно 22 марта. Информация не самая приятная, но мы мало, что можем с этим сделать. Однако есть небольшой шанс, что мы сможем получить наши данные с сервера раньше и запустить сервер игры.

Updates: As published on OVH website, they have again changed the approximate dates for the servers recovery. The network and power will be restored by March, 17 and the servers will be restarted gradually on 22.03. The information is not pleasing, but there's not much we can change. Nevertheless, there's a small possibility, that we will be able to get our data earlier, and we really hope that it will work this way, so we can start EuroAion earlier. Hope to see you all soon!
