Все верно, сильное зелье исцеления снимает 2 дебафа. Естесственно, третий останется "висеть". Все снимается по порядку наложения. В этом и смысл: заблокировать немоту, чтобы противник не мог ее снять. По поводу того, что работает только сильное зелье: у скиллов также есть уровни, а слабое зелье на то и слабое, что не может все снять. Есть и такие дебафы, которые не снимаются вообще ни одним зельем.
