Good day, dear players, As you know, the server has been under attacks for quite a long period now. We'de carried out a lot of works in the direction to fix this situation, however trying to solve it fully without damage comes to no good. On this basis, we have decided to connect the server to yet another anti-DDoS protection, which works pretty stably during the attacks (at least for now). Sadly, it has one significant flaw: much higher ping for many players. We've done everything that we could. It includes adding 8 proxy-servers for connection, adding secure connection through the new anti-DDoS system. Now the choice is up to you: you can either use anti-DDoS connection, or proxy (which get attacked). We do NOT guarantee stable work of the server when using proxy, as they are less secured. It should be separately mentioned, that the launcher and the entry to the game itself (authorisation server) are under attacks as well. If when loading the launcher you get the error "Connection lost. Try again later", you'd want to wait for 1-2 minutes and start the launcher again. In case it still doesn't work - do the same. The connection can be unstable due to the attacks on the anticheat server. The defense system needs time to filter the attacks. The attacker cannot keep the server in full offline for a long time. There's very same situation with the authorisation server, after the game client is loaded. If you get the error saying that authorisation server is not available, please, wait for 1-2 minutes and restart the game. We kindly ask you not to raise a panic and write to every instance that anticheat and authorisation are not working (please, do it only if the problems persists for more than 10 minutes). Now we are working on minimizing the damage from the attacks directed on the authorisation and anticheat servers. This will take some time - we are awaiting fixes from the anticheat developers. Unfortunarely, ETA is not available. To sum up: You can connect to the server EuroAion main antiddos to play without disconnections. You can connect to any proxy, however you may get disconnected when the attacks strike. As you understand, the first variant is more stable. In order to lower the ping on EuroAion main antiddos you can use special programs (vpn game, exitlag and other). How long will it last? - many of you would ask. After completing the works on protection for the anticheat and authorization servers (read above), there won't be any other works. It is not possible to find some other more proper anti-DDoS defense system (we have already tried tens). It is unlikely that the attacks wil last for a long period as wth this defense configutation the damage from the attacks will be much lower than before. We don't believe to any thirt party resources providing the statistics about streams. No one can say if they show the real numbers + all of them show them differently. We already have experience with them and not going to come back to them.

Viewers connect and disconnect, how would you prove that it is refresh and not new viewers? And I don't know why you say that Aselon has more viewers than Karten, which in reality is vice versa.

The views are counted per view. If there's average 12 viewers, it doesn't mean that there will be 12 views. There will be views for every connection to the stream.
