Hello, This has nothing to do with the automatic entry. We did not even touch the system of application. If there's no enemy or a group for you, you won't get the entry even with the button. The problem is that you're applying while there's no one else interested in this battleground. Most probably you're applying in the very end of application time, when everyone else has already finished their runs. + note that there are less players duing the day, rather than during the evening.

Здравствуйте, Возвраты и обмены возможны, если предмет был куплен не более чем за 24ч до Вашего обращения. Необходимо УДАЛИТЬ предмет и отправить нам скриншот, где будет видно: -имя вашего персонажа (должен быть четко виден САМ персонаж и его имя), -таблицу рейтинга бездны, начиная с военачальника (имена игроков, не личный рейтинг. Открывается через меню влиятельности), -дату и время на сервере (навести курсор на луну/солнце рядом с навигатором) -системный чат, где будет написано, что вы УДАЛИЛИ ошибочно купленный предмет. Все должно быть отображено на ОДНОМ скриншоте. Его не нужно обрезать или делить на этапы.
