And these classes are just supposed to be unexpected, aren't they? This is made by the game creators (which are NCSoft), this is their "role". Not like we're defending them, it is just true. Mage classes have some more controle skills on the other side. Making the boxes open with cast will bring a lot of complains about getting hit just once and losing the chest cuz of it. The loot is always received by the side dealing the most damage, it is not only about the boxes. It also concerns monsters, bosses and so on. You can also find a group if you do not like being 1 against a team. So, everyone have equal conditions here.

Some other players got higher in the siege ranking and therefore they got the rewards, while you didn't, as you didn't get enough points.

But there's also this kind of cheat software, though its use is surely impossible too (we checked it ouselves). Probably there was some update, but most probably on the video we can see visual bug. The video begins after the start of the fight and therefore we are not able so see some necessary information. We are exploring this subject more detailed now. The decision will be made later.
