We have recently had an event including tempering solution, and the rates were really low (0.5), but the most part of the players (almost all of them) were not happy with that, as it was too much of tempering solution. Actually adding too much of it into the game is also not good. It is MMORPG and it should take time to gear up. We do not want to repeat our and official server mistakes regarding this kind of items.
