Hello 1. Close game and launcher. 2. Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs inclusind Windows defender and in firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher.3. Right ckick on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

Hello Launch error, please, close all games!3Solution:Disable Startup of Third-party App:Jointly hold Windows & R hotkeys -> In the void box type "msconfig" -> OK -> switch to the Services tab and mark the Hide All Microsoft Services checkbox present at the bottom ->click on Disable All button.Then go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager -> select the 3rd party applications running within the PC and hit the Disable button -> OK. -

Hello If you're using Nvidia cards, you may start experiencing problems with the game after the latest driver updates. The problem is that the new driver conflicts with the game.If you notice that the game starts lagging/freezing when moving the mouse, or your FPS got lower, you need to uninstall the current driver from the PC and install an older version (457.30 and lower). For now we can only wait for the further updates.

Здравствуйте Нет. Это не простая ошибка и просто ее не исправить. Скорее всего что у вас какая-то некачественная сборка ОС и без переустановки Windows не обойтись. Но сначала вы можете попробовать исправить проблему с помощью советов которые написаны здесь.

Здравствуйте Вероятно вас блокирует наша античит система. Рекомендуем проверить ПК на вирусы. Вы можете воспользоваться любым VPN что бы подключиться к игру. После загрузки клиента, VPN можно отключить.

Здравствуйте В нашем клиенте хранятся все доступные языки нашего сервера. Что бы изменить язык нужно зайти в настройки и выбрать необходимый:

Здравствуйте Вероятнее всего вы заблокированы антиддос системой. Рекомендуем проверить ваш ПК на вирусы. Что бы обойти эту проблему - попробуйте использовать любой VPN. После запуска клиента его можно отключить, если будет плохой пинг.
