    Hello 1. Close game and launcher. 2. Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs inclusind Windows defender and in firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher.3. Right ckick on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

    Hello If you're using Nvidia cards, you may start experiencing problems with the game after the latest driver updates. The problem is that the new driver conflicts with the game.If you notice that the game starts lagging/freezing when moving the mouse, or your FPS got lower, you need to uninstall the current driver from the PC and install an older version (457.30 and lower). For now we can only wait for the further updates.

  21. Здравствуйте Нет. Это не простая ошибка и просто ее не исправить. Скорее всего что у вас какая-то некачественная сборка ОС и без переустановки Windows не обойтись. Но сначала вы можете попробовать исправить проблему с помощью советов которые написаны здесь.
