Aion dont start playing

Hello,

 

i have a problem to start Aion. I have download your launcher and the game, so i can press play and the game try to start. Then i get a Error:

 

Virtual machine detected. Maybe Windows is launched in Hyper-V hypervisor mode, pls turn off in order ti run the game. Click "Yes" and Active Anticheat will do it for you, then restart PC.

I clicked "Yes" and restarted the PC but nothing works

 

Have you any ideas?

Hello,

You need to go to BIOS of your PC and disable virtual machine module in there.

Могу предположить что искали способ устранения. Поскольку проблема в активе, а местная администрация актив не писала, нужно было дождать ответа от администрации актива
