Got dc`ed during Bastion

I got dc`ed during bastion and couldn't log in for a long time (I didn't get the reward). This is what I saw when I started the client.

 

7 ppl got dc`ed just before the bastion and around 3 ppl during the run. The run was almost failed since we lost 2 supports. Can we get at least like reset scrolls or smth? How is that our fault?
