A problem with any language version

Hello, I have a problem with downloading language support, the process is stuck at 89%. Jumps for a moment at 40 kbps and turns off over and over again for 12 hours. I'm fine with the internet. I've downloaded the client several times and have the same problem all the time. I no longer have ideas on how to solve it because now I can't even go back to the English version because it is the same problem. Please help .

I have downloaded the client for days it went smoothly, get it run, update, file check, but by the time I login to the game, 

it give me this problem... pls kindly tell me what should I do to get it run

Please, try to stop torrent if it is running, close the launcher, delete the mentioned files and start the launcher again.
