Daily Floral Soul Village Quest

Just wondering how to get these Quest? I like to do a complete run to every village and do the quest so I can get Guest pedals to buy things, but I can not find where to get quest

The Gardner doesn't have the quest and I thought that is who you talked to. I know you get Daily Construction Quest from Billboard and then talk to Construction Boss that is working for me.

[Daily] Flower's Essence for Guests can only be obtained by a level 5 village.

These are repeatable quests and are offered by the NPC Village Gardener located at the square of every village.

I am trying to understand. So the Gardner doesn't give quest until Village is lvl 5?

Hello, 

Yes, the Gardner appeares only after the village level reaches level 5.

You might wanna focus on different locations though.

Some villages that are easier accessible might have more people working on making it to level 5.

It's a new server and everyone is pushing to level up so not many bother with quests.

Focus on a village that is closer to level 5 and help it raise level.
