Graphic settings greyed out 1440p

Got new pc. I have 2k monitor , but unfortunately with high engine graphic when I go up to 2k or 4k resolution , shadows , water and 2 more background settings are greyed out. Game looks too unbalanced and white without shadows. 

if change resolution  to 1080 everything works fine. 
 

in basic engine everything works fine on 1080,1440p and 4k. 

any ways to fix/change it on euro aion?
