Killing Asmodian Officers Quest Not Showing Up

Hello,

Yesterday I finished the last quest of killing Asmodians to get the final one, which commands you to kill 10 officers in order to get a Godstone. The quest is called "[Group] Confront Asmodian Officers" and the quest giver is Michalis (the npc sitting down at the center of the room). However, he is not giving me the quest. I can't seem to take it, but I have done all the quests needed. I will send some photos to make things easier to understand. Of course, I do not have it on my quest log.

In order to get this quest you must be Soldies, rank 1. For the following quest you will have to be Officer, rank 1.
