Hello, there aren't any rules regarding the drop. Everyone can roll/pass at any item, anytime, in any instance or anywhere. Regarding the item, it can be used for Cleric as well as a PVE dps set.

кинь в чс этого ракала ддшного. ИМХО дд хил в пати (особенно неодетый как положено) это просто занятый бесполезным телом слот. От него никакой пользы и дамага нет.
