Wrong choice of mail gear

In the event I have chosen the wrong Kahrun mail gear (the one with aggro +x% instead of healing boost for instance) is there a possibility for the staff to give me the desired item ?

Hey @madarman, We can only return your Kahrun gear if you bought it within a 24hour time, so if this condition is true you can do the following instructions.

Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot (private message). The screenshot must contain character nickname, ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking), and server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). 

The chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]". IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT! 

For the exchange, we will also need your character name. + link to the item in aiondatabase.net
