Greater Stigma Slot Not Unlocked Upon Quest Completed

Hello, i have done 4 greater stigma quest´s but only unlocked 3 slots.

Can i get some support on solving this problem?

Hey, to unlock these stigmas you should have quests in gelkmaros or inggisson depending on your race.

Npcs: Kjaeros or Camila

All quest names:
