Password Problems

Hello,

I havent played for 1 year and cant remember my password. When i change the password with my email it always says " password has changed". But when i try to use that password its says "password incorrect". It seems like the password wont change. Please help me with that.

I will need the following information's in order to help you get back your account:

• 1. Donations proofs. PayPal payment ID, screenshots, Bank payments or any donation proof that was made on the account.
• 2. Screenshots/clips of you playing on the account, level 65 and UNDER. 
• 3. The name of every character on the account.
• 4. The Login of the account.
• 5. The first/last email address the account had.
• 6. If you remember, the creation date of the account.
