Game Just dont start

I did download the Game, made an check then put in my login date.
Then i press play, the anticheat load shorty then the small aion window comes and then should the game launches but it happens nothing.
No error or anything. i tried all stuff from the forum and issue thread i found, nothing helps, im using Windows 10 Pro and this server here is the first time i have all this trouble....

Do you have a small window or window for entering your login and password?

if a small window, then look at the game in background processes and kill it, then try again to enter

i can put my dates in 2 small lines, i pressed check , then play when was ready, then the anticheat open, after the smaller window then it just do nothing

Do you use any software to reduce ping?
