Sending pet to a wrong character by mistake

So yeah i send a pet i bought from web shop to a wrong character by mistake and i realised that at the moment of logging in

The pet in question is MiMini MuMu 

The right recipient should be Redcrosssmurf that is a  32lvl cleric and i send it to Merimac that is a 27 SM.

Could please support fix my stupid mistake please?

Are the both characters yours? 

We can make a transfer in this case. For this follow the instructions: 
Throw away the item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain character nickname, ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) and server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). The chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]".  IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!

For the refund we will also need your account name.

And jesus i went wrong with screenshot that's why i did 2..... sry about that

There is a 32 lvl cleric on same acc - Redcrosssmurf that by all means should receive that egg not the char presented below.

Yes i was asked to include the ranking on same screen but i went to fast and did a mess the screenshots are just seconds apart (can see last line of message on chat been visible hope that will do thru)
