Is this quest bugged? I've already escorted the captain to Meteina three times. The cutscene plays every time, but the quest doesn't update afterward.

You must hit that boss (Tursin Loudmouth Boss/ Tursin-Wachhauptmann)  and take 50% off Hp before you lure him to soldiers. Dont kill it just hit him and take 50% + of his HP
