problem with quest "Bothering brothers"

I have problrm with quest "Bothering brothers" because i cant find it. This q have otur in idian depths but when i coming to him i dont have this q. Im done all q in id and still i dont have. Prequest ; Strategic Response and Not A Werekarnif  i did can you help me?

Please, provide a screenshot showing that you finished the pre-quests and that you don't have any quest at the NPC.

second- first preq

and last -second preq
