Hello, 
I have a request for you. I was selling euro coins and I misspelled my name and lost 400 euro coins. Would it be possible to credit the euro coins back to the account?
Below I have attached a photo that the player to whom I incorrectly sent the item removed it from the inventory.
It is specifically a (MOTION CARD) Inlane Skate. The player who removed the item from the inventory is called Sherkan and I have the screenshot directly from him. You can also see the whisper chat here. Thank you in advance for your answer and have a nice day.

Items can be exchanged/refunded or restored if they were purchased within 24h before your message to us.

For this follow the instructions: 

Throw away the wrong item and provide the screenshot. Screenshot must contain

- character nickname, 

- ranking of ALL players or legions (abyss ranking list, NOT your OWN ranking) 

- server time (for this put the mouse on the small moon/sun near the navigating map). 

- chat on the screenshot must write: "You have discarded [the item]". (system chat)

IT MUST BE ONE SCREENSHOT! DON'T CUT IT!

 

We will also need your character name.

The screenshot contains all the information except the player's name, which is Sherkan. In the lower left corner you can see that the item was removed from the inventory, the abyss ranking is also visible and in the lower right you can see the time. You can also see a whisper with me, specifically with a character named Punnisher. Unfortunately, it is in French because Sherkan is French.
My character is called Punnisher - Assassin.
