Dredgion, Kamar, EOB for western audience

Hi, 

Please, could you consider open more times for Dred, EOB and kamar please? just one more, at least. Me and many ppl love the server, but play on GMT -3 or GMT -4 here in South America and when ppl come back from work is 20h GMT -3 and everything is closed and a lot of ppl can not go. Will not affect the server because most of ppl from another time zones are sleeping already.
