How to get these stigma's unlocked

So I have 4/6 stigma's unlocked on the left but on the right there are 6 I still need to unlock aswell.

So now is my question, how do I unlocked those other 2 on the left and all 6 on the right?

Good evening. As the quest says: "Speak to Moreinen." She is in the Temple of Knowledge. You can see a dark blue quest marker on the map.

Well this is only 1 quest i am aware of for 1 extra slot. Now I still need 7 more Thx for the reply guys.

The next quests will appear during reaching the required level. They will be marked on map as important. (Dark blue quest mark)
