unable to connect to server after launching the game

I recently downloaded Aion from your website via torrent. I extracted the files, ran "Start Game," and launched the launcher. The game opens, but after a while, I receive a message saying that I cannot connect to the server.
Could you please advise if there are any additional steps I need to take to fix this issue?

Hi! There is the steps how to fix that!

 

a) Disable your anti-virus (better uninstall it for some time) and check for changes;

b) the server is offline;

c) you have an internet problem.
