positions of quickbars

Is there a way to freely move and change the positions of quickbars/minimap etc. in my user interface other than the "UI Style"?

Quickbar and minimap can be moved from lock icon image.png.9ad42c7e975cfd0c2652c7ed219ce3e4.png down on the first quickbar.   

You can move only  Floating Quickbar 1 and 2 ( pic 2).
