Survey on GP rating update

Dear players,

We'd like to know your opinion on an important matter, which is related to the GP ranking.
Currently, the rankings are only reset once per year, and we are thinking about doing it more often.

Resetting the ranking means cutting the amount of the Glory Points to the minimum requirement for the current rank of the character.
Thus, if your current rank is "Star 5 officer", you will get your points cut to the sum of 5210 GP. The Governor therefore will get 12437 GP and the Commander - 11503, and so on and so forth.
All the players of the rank "Soldier rank 1" will keep their current ranks and will have 1000 Glory Points.

These changes affect the legions as well.

The Abyss points owned by the legions will also be cut to give life to the legion TOP and to open the road for the new active legions. We hope that such changes would have a positive effect on the legion TOP freeing it up from the inactive legions.
All the legions will keep their levels; the remaining balance will be sufficient to keep the legion in the same form.
To be more certain, the legions having more than 62 500 000 AP will get them cut by 50%.
This will preserve the levels and the rankings of the legions, as well as it will allow the new legions to climb the ladder.
 

Fortresses and artifacts.

All the fortresses were reset and are now owned by the balaurs. 
At the moment, the influence ratio of both factions is 0%

This was necessary so the Brigade generals of the legions wouldn't lose their ranks after losing the fortress the same day of the reset.

Why did we come up with this:
With time the activity in the ranking declines. Some of the players reach their desired spots and stop participating in the server life; and the new players have difficulties arriving at the TOP.

Pros of more frequent resets:
- it would keep active players immersed in the game process;
- it would give new players more chances to show their capabilities and enter the ranking;
- it would create a healthy competition and a sense of progress all year round.

We do realize that some players might not enjoy frequent resets, therefore we would like to hear all the points of view, before making such a decision.

I believe they won't even care about this, but they should increase the cooldown of the Gunner's TrunkShot. Many players I know left this server because of this class. In fact, if you're plate, forget it. Impossible to kill. Use TrunkShot constantly because the cooldown is very low.
Not to mention that it has a skill that resets the others.

Its should be reset 4 times per year

And by resetting this often  everyone should start at 1000 Glory Points not giving someone a 11000 GP headstart is ridiculous

And get rid of Arenas its only a constantly abused source of GP by higher ranks
