Character stuck under the map / Cant move or teleport

Hello, my character got stuck under the map and keeps jumping endlessly. I can’t move, teleport or use skills. The /escape command didn’t work. Please help me to unstuck my character.

Server: EuroAion Asmodian
Location: (write the map name if you know it, e.g. Beluslan / Heiron / Pandaemonium etc.)

Login on the euroaion.com website and click on your account's name and a menu will show in the left corner. Click on teleport and select your character and press "teleport", you will then be teleported to bound obelisk.
