VERY HIGH PING DURING SIEGE

Hello,
I got back to playing in EuroAion after 4 years, Im living currently in Turkiye and have some big problems with ping especially on Sieges. Basically I can't participate on sieges due to VERY HIGH ping. Normally on the internet test I have 11-13 ms ping so I guess it's not that bad, but in Aion I'm using Warsaw PROXY which is the closest to Turkiye for me, I have 120-150-180 ms ping which is kinda playable still, but during the sieges in Katalam or Reshanta nearby Gates I can't do anything, I have delay up to 1 min or even more. I have 313 mln ping LMAO. Is there any solution to this? Or it's internet fault because it's weak when theres a couple of hundreds people at the same time? Someone maybe from Turkiye had the same problems (because obviously internet in Turkiye is not the best one lol)?

ping depend from

1) pc configuration

2) what software are running in backroud ( win updates or other softwares)

3)  from your internet connection 

4) game server

 

Check  the 2 first  usually is the problem
