this 2 guy kick me from group and they block me directly ı lose all drops because shugo send me outside because this 2 guy and they making many people that

I couldn't get any serum or anything. Thanks to them, can you compensate for the wasted half an hour as the game administrator and give the necessary punishments to these people? They are doing this to people with other characters as well.
