geysers and upstreams dont work how they should

I get pulled down on upstreams and on geysers i dont get launched high enough to reach the place i want to go to

Try again, the height you can reach with each launch is randomized.

i was in gelk and it took me like 20 atepmts to get up on the hill, i had same problem on aion classic but i forgot how i fixed it

The best option is not to move until you get launched on required height. 

Also, please check your internet connection, it could be hard to use geysers with high ping.

internet conection is fine, and i know how to use them but i get pulled down while going up or it never launches me high enough in the air to get to desirable location
