Cannot connect to the server

I am unable to connect to the server. Every time I try, I get this error message. I was able to get in just fine last night with no issues. Is there an issue with that server?

Hello,

There were some problems with Anti-ddos proxy. All the other proxies were available though. 

Now the problem is fixed.
