Character Generation Issue

Hello,

I am a returning player for EUROAION. I come across an issue while generating a character. When I tried to customize face/face details all optional data were gone. The character's face looked distorted. Actually, I searched the forum and found a similar one talking about the same issue but I still did not have idea how to solve this problem. Please see the lists below about my current configurations of the game:

• I downloaded the launcher via the official EUROAION website and downloaded the full package through the launcher.
• I did not modify any game client.
• I ever tried to delete the "L10N" folder and re-checked/re-downloaded the "L10" folder but looks like things do not help.
• I checked my "system locale" data under "bin64" folder and it showed "en-US.dll".

PLease, try to switch your regional settings and then set them back to correct one.
