Windows 11 24h2 client startup problem !

After updating Windows 11 to version 24h2, the game client stopped starting. After various manipulations of checking files and permuting the client, the game did not start.

I have the same issue unfortunately.

Edition    Windows 11 Enterprise
Version    24H2
Installed on    ‎27-‎Oct-‎24
OS build    26100.3194
Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0
 

I don't get any error on screen or in event viewer. I tried disabling my AV with no luck. Files check tells me it's all good, the game will just get past login, I see the anticheat passing without issues, aion small icon loading appears, yet after 5 seconds both aion small icon for game loading and the aion process from task manager suddely dissapear without any warning / error / event viewer issue.

Is this new? I have been able to play on my 23H2 installation.

The problem that was reported in the current thread originally has been resolved globally. 

If you're still having this issue, it is most probably caused by the number of cores that your processor has. Try limiting the cores for the game through the taask manager. 
1) Open game launcher;
2) Open task manager -> Details;
3) Find the launcher process and right click on it, select "Set affinity". 
4) Through the opened menu, try limiting the cores by one and check if the game would start. Repeat if needed. (Usually the game works fine on under 12 cores).

Unbelievable!!! It worked !!! on 24H2 !!!

My cpu is 7950x3d and I just had to set affinity like you said and the game started. It first started on 1 core just as a test.

I tested it with the first CCD and it works well, I guess I'll keep using just 8c16t for Aion thank you so much @TheAlmighty !!!
