frog955 0 Posted November 20 Hi everyone, i have downloaded and installed the game but unfortunately after i launch it, the anticheat and the second window pup up and then nothing happens. The game won't start. 1)I installed all the 3 components suggested (Direct X,C++,Framework), 2)I also tried to delete bin32, bin 64 and L10N files and fix the client, 3)I tried to download from scratch the client, 4)I also added the launcher to the exceptions of my firewall ( i have no other antiviruses). But nothing changed, what should i do? Help me please
frog955 0 Posted November 20 (edited) I want to add that after the pop up of the anticheat and the second "aion" banner, they just disappear, and nothing happens. Also, I have the latest version of Windows11 Edit: the 32bit version is actually working! Edited November 20 by frog955
Veda 111 Posted November 22 Hello. I apologise for the late reply. You probably have Win11 24h2. On this version of Win it is possible to play only on the 32-bit version of the client.

Luckily, I found this post and changed my settings to 32-bit Client. Why is that? I always played on 64-bit and then on this monday out of nowhere nothing works anymore and I have to change to 32-bit client. I feel like everything is lagging and shaking since then - is there any way to fix that problem and go back to 64- bit client?

So until the dev fixes the Anti Cheat for EuroAion, you will have to use the 32 bit client. And that guy is taking his time for sure.
Konoyaro 71 Posted Thursday at 09:19 PM Seems like the new Active Anti-Cheat is released, so EuroAion will receive the update soon probably.

I play most often on the https://plinkogambling.org platform, as they offer the best conditions for playing. It is fun and helps to earn a little money with free deposits. Hi! It sounds like you’ve already tried several good troubleshooting steps. Here are a few additional things you can try: Run as Administrator: Right-click on the game launcher and select "Run as Administrator." This can help bypass any permission issues. Update Drivers: Ensure your GPU drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes prevent games from launching. Check for Background Processes: Some background applications (even system ones) might interfere with the game. Try closing unnecessary programs before launching. Verify Anticheat Installation: Sometimes, the anticheat software might not have installed correctly. Check the game directory for an anticheat folder and reinstall it, or run any "repair" option if available. Event Viewer Logs: Open the Windows Event Viewer (search for it in the Start Menu) and check the Application logs for any errors or warnings related to the game or anticheat. This might give you a clue. Reinstall Frameworks: Even though you’ve installed DirectX, C++, and .NET Framework, there’s a chance something went wrong. Try reinstalling them directly from Microsoft’s official site. Compatibility Mode: Right-click on the launcher, go to Properties > Compatibility, and try running it in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows. Windows Update: Ensure your operating system is fully updated, as missing updates can sometimes cause compatibility issues. If none of these work, you might want to contact the game’s support team or check forums to see if others are facing the same issue after a recent patch.
