Question about game rules

So I found a rather odd situation in the middle zone of Inggision, where the big Aether farm field is lying.

I went there three times since I returned. About 4 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago and today. Every time I go there out of nowhere an Asmodian bard and ranger appears and kills me maybe 2-5 minutes after I arrive. 1 time would be a coincidence, 2 time is suspicious, 3 time is systematic, especially that we are talking about big time differences between the encounters.

So they either:

1. Have an elyos spotter account there (very likely)

2. Have a hack that allows to see player coordinates (less likely)

3. They walk Inggission from morning to midnight all day (very unlikely)

So I go with the idea that an Elyos is farming magical aether there, and once he spots someone at that place he calls his asmo friends immediately. Is this a legitimate move?

Hello,
Playing both sides is not prohibited. Also, as it is a pvp zone, known as aether farm field, it is normal that players fight for this zone
