No Access to Website (Download-Client)

Hi guys,

today i wanted to reinstall Euroaion, but i dont have the launcher anymore. Tried to download it at the known website but get connection time-out. Tried it from several Accesspoints. Is there a Problem withthe Website or do i have a local Problem?
