Problem with input tools

Hi

When i press  "control"+"space" to swtich the input tools in game chat ,cant input any English character or any number, and then the game gets immobilized, the animation keep running while the keyboard and mouse are not working

My os : windows 10 pro

The input tools are orginal from the windows system

i've tried check with the game luncher, it worked at the very first ,but when i use  "control"+"space"，the problem comes again

pls help

interesting  ,I just checked with luncher again and there were some files missing (about 1GB)

That shows every time i switch the IME (or "ctrl"+"space") ,some files were deleted somehow, thats confusing

Hello. There are no standard key combinations either in the game client or in the system. I don't know what combination you have. and probably it could be something in macro keyboard.
I think you have a system problem.

ty for reply, i removed the Microsoft input method, problem solved
