Bug? Sanctum, ferry to the island

Im trying to use the ferry to the island in sanctum. I believe there is only one ferry to an island, so it shouldnt be hard to locate. 

Every time the ferry gets close to me, the game crashes. 

What should it do? I need to get to the island...

Used to play a long time ago on the official server, and never had this problem.

there is a teleport statue near the post office.
